We have reports from both doctors and other people that the exact same symptoms that occurred in people living in the Ukraine is now affecting and doing the same thing in Iowa in America.
The rate of people getting infected continues to rise and the same symptoms where the lungs fill with blood are seen. The death rate is also higher. This still needs to be confirmed altough reports from doctors is pretty good confirmation.
